Taekwondo
Hailing from Nainital, Uttarakhand, Latika is 167cm tall and
competes in the Under 53kgs Category.
Latika has had an impressive career so far, with numerous international achievements to her name. She won a gold medal in the U-53kg category at the 13th South Asian Games held in Kathmandu, Nepal, in 2019. She has also won medals in several other competitions such as the Fajr Open
Taekwondo Championship, President’s Cup Asian Region, and
Commonwealth taekwondo Championship, among others. recently won a gold medal in the -53kg category at the Senior National championship held in Nasik, Maharashtra, February 2023. With this victory, she has secured a spot in the upcoming World Taekwondo Championship. To be held in Baku Azerbaijan, May 2023.

- No. 1 ranked Indian for over 10 years.
- Only female taekwondo athlete from India to win a Silver Medal at the
Presidents cup - Recepient of the Vikram Award, 2012.
- Won 10+ international medals.
Avani has won 7 Gold Medals in National Shooting Championships between 2016-20. Winning multiple medals at World Cups. she is the first and only Indian female para athlete to have won a Paralympic Gold Medal, whilst breaking the Paralympic record and equalling the World Record to win the medal.
